Storage in barrique and fermentation in bottle at maximum 5 bar pressure controlled for a surf less impetuous and silkier.
After 24 months in contact with the yeast is subjected to three months after disgorgementand marketed.

More or less intense straw colour with greenish reflections.
Very fine and persistent perlage, rich.
Fresh and delicate fragrance, right intensity with yeast.
Dry and fruity, smooth with a slight almond aftertaste.

Alcohol content: 12,5% Vol.
Sugar: 6,5 g/L
Acidity: 6,5 g/L
Served 7°-9°C
