Fermentation at controlled temperature (16°-18°C)
Storage in barrique and fermentation in the bottle.
After 24 months in contact with the yeast is subjected to three months after disgorgementand marketed.

Straw yellow color with greenish veins
Intense aroma with notes of honey and vanilla
Lively acidity
Perlage fine and persistent
Alcohol content: 12,5% Vol.
Sugar: 6 g/L
Acidity: 6,5 g/L
Served 7°-9°C
