7. Franciacorta Nature DOCG

Grapes: Chardonnay 90% – Pinot Nero 10%
This Nature derives from grapes with great ripeness that give the champagne a good natural balance.
Hand- picked , soft pressing .
Fermentation at controlled temperature 16/18°C.

After 24 months of refining on yeast undergoes disgorged. Thanks to the excellent structure needs no sugar dosage.
Yellow discharge with crusts of bread and mineral scent. The palate is full and balanced with great length and tanginess.

More or less intense straw colour with greenish reflections.
Very fine and persistent perlage, rich.
Fresh and delicate fragrance, right intensity with yeast.
Dry and fruity, smooth with a slight almond aftertaste.

Alcohol contant: 12,5% Vol.
Sugar: 6,5 g/L
Acidity: 6,5 g/L
Served 7°- 9°C
