Storage in barrique and fermentation in bottle. After 24 months in contact with the yeast is subjected to three months after disgorgementand marketed. Intense pink color as the skin of an onion. Perfume fragrances reminiscent of cherry and red fruits. Marked and persistent flavor.
Fine and continuous perlage.
